What Patients & Families Are Saying
Finding the right support for my teenage daughter felt overwhelming at first, but from our very first interaction, this practice made the process feel manageable and supportive. My daughter's therapist took the time to truly understand her. My daughter felt respected, heard, and never judged, which made a huge difference in her willingness to attend sessions. As a parent, I appreciated how thoughtful and collaborative their approach was. I was included in meaningful ways, kept informed, and given practical guidance that I could actually use at home. We’ve seen real growth in her confidence and ability to handle her anxiety. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and warmth we experienced, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to any family navigating the challenges of adolescence.
Coming into therapy, I was struggling with depression and a lot of uncertainty about where my life was headed. From the beginning, I felt understood and supported in a way that didn’t feel clinical or forced. Therapy helped me make sense of what I was feeling and gave me practical tools to get through a really difficult transition. I feel more grounded, more hopeful, and better equipped to deal with what’s next. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone going through a similar period of change.
After reaching out to several practices and not hearing back, it meant a lot to receive a prompt response from this practice. That responsiveness carried through the entire experience and set the tone for the care we received. I reached out to Dr. Noble and his team because my 17-year-old was dealing with anxiety and OCD, and we weren’t sure where to turn. This practice met her where she was and helped her build skills at her own pace. What stood out most was how calm and steady the support felt for her and for us. Over time, we saw real changes in how she handled stress and uncertainty. I’m deeply grateful for the care she received and would confidently recommend this practice to other families.
I reached out to this practice during a very stressful postpartum period when I was struggling to manage day-to-day demands and feeling emotionally drained. From the very beginning, the practice felt safe and responsive, and I felt genuinely heard and supported. The care was great, and I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions or concerns. Therapy helped me better understand what I was experiencing and gave me tools to manage depression, anxiety, and the mental load of new motherhood. As therapy progressed, I felt more balanced, more capable, and more confident in my role as a parent. I would highly recommend this practice to any woman navigating postpartum stress or depression.
